Put all the ingredients in a large bowl, stir well and place the mixture in a glass jar:
– 800 g of honey
– 8 tablespoons of flax seeds
– 50 g of pumpkin seeds
– 3 tablespoons of ground sesame
– 3 tablespoons of golden raisins
– 50 g of sunflower seeds
– 50 g of wheat grains
Honey is a very good diuretic and will remove excess water from tissues and joints. The seeds will reduce swelling and inflammation. Raisins really work to alleviate the pain as they contain Ferulic acid, Gentisic acid and Salicylic acid (pain relievers). In addition, raisins contain potassium and calcium, both of which help protect against bone demineralisation.
